Over55 Training Program
Over55 will experience a shortage of skilled tradesmen when compared to the ever increasing demand that will be placed on it to be a viable organization.
The organization's need to service its mission to seniors and increase it's pool of skilled tradesmen creates a basic conflict. The age limited membership requirements for Over55 is key to the the conflict in the current mission statement.
What happens when the pool of talent drys up or can't keep pace with demands? By limiting the job creation side of the business, Over55 may directly affect it's mission to keep seniors' in homes.
A conservative estimate of population trends indicates the the senior market will require much more service and new employment opportunities will be created.
